About the Founder & CEO

Dr. Darlene Allen – Nichols, MA, LPC, NCC, PHD

Dr. Darlene Allen Nichols brings a wealth of knowledge and nearly three decades of experience to her dynamic career. Her impactful contributions extend both to the forefront and behind the scenes, where she has played a pivotal role in nurturing the growth of non-profit and for-profit entities. Driven by her passion for organizational development, she has been instrumental in establishing robust business infrastructures and providing mentorship and training to c-suite executives.

Dr. Darlene holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Governors State University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Furthermore, she holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership Development from Capella University and a Doctorate of Divinity from Grace Theological Seminary.

Her extensive clinical background includes successful engagements in diverse settings, ranging from private practice to hospitals and community mental health centers. This breadth of experience equips her with the proficiency to address a wide spectrum of issues, offering valuable support to individuals, couples, and families.

Dr. Darlene’s expertise spans various domains, specializing in family therapy, working with children and adolescents, and addressing mood disorders. Committed to fostering positive change and restoring well-being, she employs a therapeutic approach that integrates evidence-based practices.
